U.S. PULLING OUT OF SYRIA
BIBLICAL LEFT & LIBERALISM
News briefs this week include the Indonesian tsunami,
economics and the stock market. Things are happening so fast that we have to
briefly cover them, giving the biblical significance to each event, but we
will present more of an in depth look in future programs. Catastrophic
earthquakes and drastic stock market drops and corrections all coincide with
the big picture of a world on the verge of chaos and in desperate need of
the return of Christ.
As we near the end of 2018, the U.S. faces a partial
government shutdown; all caused by the refusal of Congress not to fund a
southern border wall. But did you know that simultaneously, this same
Congress easily voted to give twice the amount requested for the wall, to
Mexico and South America? These are the same governments that are causing
the migrant crisis at the U.S. – Mexico border! Join us this week as we
discuss how the Pope is using this crisis to sway the minds of people
everywhere and how this all plays into Bible Prophecy.
Last week the President has announced that the U.S.
will be pulling troops out of Syria which caused a chain reaction from
around the world. The Kurds are again betrayed, Israel is highly concerned,
and Turkey will play a dominate role that could be devastating for the U.S.
and other nations. Just what does this all mean in the light of God’s Holy
Word? Tom Kerry ties much of this together with specific scriptures, all
concluding that this is what happens because of disobedience to God. Has God
set His face against America? Find out in this week’s “News, Nuggets, and
Insights.”
There can be no doubt that the schism between the
political left and right is widening throughout the world. What does the
Bible have to say about the “Left” and the “Right?” This week’s program
brings out some very interesting examples and parallels concerning those
whom God calls foolish and wise.
IN THE MAIL
The January Newsletter was mailed last week containing
a mail-in card for the new DVD by Tom Kerry, “Watch – The March to the
Return of Christ.” This week’s mailing consisted of the DVD by Tom
Kerry, “God’s Seals” and the DVD of “News, Nuggets, and Insights”
dated 12-21-2018.
ON THE ROAD
On January 12th Tom Kerry will be visiting the
Whitwell, TN church. On January 26th he will be giving the main message in
Garden City, GA a town near Savanah. For time, place and contact
information, watch this week’s program.
This week’s “News, Nuggets, and Insights” is
the last program of the year. We at The Church of God, Ministries Int’l want
