Each week seems to be full of eventful news that
indicates we are nearing what many people regard as the ‘end time.’ This
week Tom Kerry touches upon some news events that may very well be
approaching biblical prophetic fulfillment. The re-established Jewish
Sanhedrin is pushing the envelope on the rebuilding of the Temple on the
last evening of Hanukkah, by consecrating a stone altar and the reading of a
declaration to all nations intended as an invitation to participate in
receiving its blessings. This news alone should peak the interest of
Christians everywhere.
Climate Change seems to be in the news every day and
NNI has warned that this may very well be the issue that helps
bring about persecution of God’s people. As France tried to enforce
reduction in gas usage by raising taxes, people took to the streets of Paris
and caused horrible damage by rioting and setting the city on fire. We are
truly in times of unrest and anger.
Could we soon the masses look for someone to bring
peace?
Could such events be paving the way for the rise of the Holy Roman Empire?
Today is December 7th, and every
American should pause to recall that fateful day in 1941 that, as President
Roosevelt said, would live in infamy. And so this week’s “News, Nuggets,
and Insights” pays tribute to our WWII Veterans which ties in Pearl
Harbor and the passing of President George H.W. Bush, the last
president to serve in combat.
The Bible lays out the blessings and cursings of a nation. Join us this week
as Tom Kerry presents a timeline of history and scripture, tying in the
significance of the passing of “the greatest generation” and the “generation
that shall not pass.” As a country lays to rest the last president to serve
in combat ,God’s people need to continue fighting the enemy that knows he
has a short time.
