GOD’S VETERANS – HEBREWS 11
Two years ago, “News, Nuggets, and Insights” produced
a program that shed light on the disturbing fact that the history of WWII
was under attack to be silenced. Some are of the mindset that such history
is too harsh to teach our American youth. Today, we share with you a
remembrance of those that have served this great nation in every generation.
Now more than ever our American youth need to understand our rich history
and honor our beloved veterans.
Germany, 1938 during the nights of November 9th – 10th was a dark time now
known as “Kristallnacht,” the night of broken glass. This week’s program
shares a few videos that take a historic look at that moment in time and how
important it is to remember this event. Find out just why “Kristallnacht”
is relevant today and how it ties in to the future persecution of
Christians.
America celebrates Veterans Day on November 11th to honor all who served for
their beloved country. God’s Veterans are honored in the Book of Hebrews,
Chapter 11. “News, Nuggets, and Insights” takes a look at the
scriptures that give hope to all of God’s elect and what we call, “God’s
Veterans.” Just as soldiers fight the enemy to preserve their country, God’s
elect has to fight Satan. We see the inspiration of those in the past who
fought the good fight, and we see those in the future that follow in their
footsteps. For God’s people today, we carry on with the same goal ahead, to
reach “the Promised Land.”

Promised Land.”

warn, and give hope to a world that seems to be heading into the times that
scripture describes as “the end time.” God’s people understand that God has
a plan and that “the end” of this age, will be a new and wonderful
beginning.
