ISRAEL ON HIGH ALERT
HISTORY OF THE 9TH OF AV
Israel is on high alert, expecting a major strike from Iran and its
proxies very soon. This may very well occur near the 9th of AV, a
dark day on the Jewish calendar. Will a crushing blow to Israel set off a
major war not seen in recent years? With tensions on the rise in the Middle
East, the U.S. is sending more military assets to the region.
As Israel faces its enemies from nearly every side, America faces her own
struggles from within. Poverty, the border crisis, the economy and the
national debt are just a few insurmountable problems facing this great
nation. Will the U.S. soon experience its own 9th of AV?
To understand just what is happening in the Middle East and the outlook
for the future, we examine the significance of the 9th of AV. You won’t want
to miss this week’s program as we cover the history of this very important
day and expound the scriptures that reveal how God deals with a nation that
turns away from Him.
