WHAT AN EL NINO IS
We may not realize it, but we are in the midst of global chaos. The
conflict in the Strait of Hormuz has helped to plunge the world into the
most severe oil crisis in history. We are being warned that global oil
inventories are close to nothing! Russia is facing an escalating domestic
fuel crisis following Ukrainian long-range strikes. Will all of this trigger
fuel shortages worldwide?
The wars are manmade events that bring about the chaos; but what about
the weather? It is summer and the U.S. faces triple extreme weather threats
that include smoke, fires and floods.
Wildfires are setting records that surpass last year’s by the destruction
of 1 million acres. Texas recently experienced catastrophic flooding across
the Hill Country killing two people. Believe it or not, creation itself is
groaning; but why?
This week NNI shares some sobering videos that give some startling
statistics of the severe conditions of our globe that you won’t hear on the
news. We also are excited to present an in depth report on what an El Nino
is and why this “Godzilla El Nino” is so important to understand.
Join us as we look to God’s Holy Word for the answer to why these things
are befalling us and more importantly, what God requires of us as we begin
to understand what is happening.
