ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL-
“GOD’S UNCHANGING WORD” REACHES
ITS 100TH PROGRAM!
This week’s episode of “News, Nuggets, and Insights” takes
a look back at the beginnings of the Church of God, Ministries’ outreach
vehicle, God’s Unchanging Word. June 22, 2018 marks the 100th
program produced, and that date is also very significant on the Hebrew
Calendar. Find out just how important this date is as Tom Kerry shares this
and other insights in this very special program.
Join us this week as we go back to1996, a time when the churches of God
were splitting for many different reasons. During this time the church in
the New Orleans area was blessed to purchase an old building and renovate it
into a place it could call home.
Host Tom Kerry explains how we became the Church of God, Ministries
Int’l and how we began to undertake the commission given by Christ in
Matthew 28. Part of that undertaking was the need for an outreach, which
became the production branch of the church we called, God’s Unchanging
Word.
This special edition of “News, Nuggets, and Insights” takes you on a
journey from our humble beginnings of producing programs which included
guests and special presentations, to full length video productions. See how
we began with the corner of a green screen studio, to a beautiful four set
studio, built on a budget that many would find impossible.
Through trial and error, and striving to achieve productions that were of
quality, we have come to understand the need to be better and consistent.
“News, Nuggets, and Insights” has become an intricate part of just that,
a weekly program improving as we continue to spread the gospel.
We are very excited to present this particular program, as it not only
shows how we have improved, but how much God has blessed this work. We never
could have done this without your love, support, and prayers. We hope that
this milestone gives you an idea of how God can raise up His people to do
something that others will find not only interesting, but inspiring.
The program is 90 minutes in length, and full of visuals focusing on many
hard hitting subjects. We hope you will find it inspiring and uplifting.
