This week “News, Nuggets, and Insights” shares some of the wisdom of
radio commentator, Paul Harvey. The three videos we present paint a picture
of what it took to build a country like the United States of America, and
what is happening today that is tearing it down. Find out just what type of
fertilizer is needed to build a great nation and who is behind the plan to
destroy a country so blessed by God.
The vilification and attacks upon
Christians is growing by the week. Who would have ever thought that such
hatred would be garnered against religion here in America, a nations whose
constitution protects religious freedom? Are we witnessing a foundation
being built that will bring about an all-out persecution of Christians?
God’s people need to be aware.
Just what does “separation of church and
state” really mean, and how it is being misinterpreted and taught in the
educational system of America? In light of recent attacks on churches for
wanting to open its doors during the coronavirus pandemic, this information
is critical for people to understand. The president has declared that houses
of worship are “essential” and there are many who are angry about this.
Scripture is clear, as (II Chron. 7:14) says, “If my people, which are
called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and
turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear.” As the president said, “we
need more prayer, not less.”
We conclude our study of Pentecost by
explaining the rich meaning of the “feast of weeks” and how to properly
count the days according to scripture. The meaning of 50 and the Jubilee,
along with the Land Rest, paint a glorious time when there will be a
restoration of all things .Tom Kerry presents how the pattern of sevens, is
key to understanding just what this Holy Day season represents in the light
of God’s great plan for mankind.
